Andy Knight honored as the 2024 annual Kelvin Saulsberry Award winner

Raleigh, NC (August 6, 2024): At today’s all-hands meeting, we proudly announced Andy Knight as the recipient of the 6th Annual Kelvin Saulsberry Award. This award, which holds deep significance for our team, was established in memory of Kelvin Saulsberry, a beloved colleague we tragically lost in 2018. In 2019, we initiated this annual award to celebrate and honor Kelvin’s life, as well as his impactful time with us, through the Kelvin Saulsberry Award.

The Kelvin Saulsberry Award recognizes employees who embody the exceptional personal traits and values that Kelvin exemplified throughout his life. Kelvin was an extraordinary individual, and no single trait can fully capture the warmth and goodness he shared with everyone fortunate enough to know him. This award allows Cycle Labs employees to nominate colleagues who they believe reflect the admirable qualities that defined Kelvin.

The following criteria served as the basis for nominations, each of which Kelvin demonstrated daily:

• Dedication: The nominee is self-driven and committed to both personal growth and the growth of the business.
• Integrity: The nominee is trustworthy and reliable.
• Caring: The nominee shows genuine concern for the well-being of those around them.
• Joyful: The nominee performs their duties with a joyful spirit.
• Patience: The nominee remains calm and composed under pressure.
• Humble: The nominee maintains a modest and unassuming attitude.

About the 2024 Award Winner

We are delighted to announce that this year’s Kelvin Saulsberry Award recipient is Andy Knight. Andy joined Cycle Labs in July of 2023 and currently serves as the Senior Director of Product Management. His peers commend his unwavering positivity and willingness to tackle challenges head-on.
