Master Services Agreement (Updated February 2, 2026)
This Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) governs the provision of software, services, and related offerings by Cycle Labs, Inc. to its customers. The MSA applies to all Order Forms, sales orders, statements of work, and similar ordering documents entered into by Cycle Labs and a customer that reference or incorporate the MSA.
By executing an Order Form, sales order, statement of work, or similar document that references the MSA, or by accessing or using Cycle Labs’ software or services, the customer agrees to be bound by the terms of the MSA.

Cycle Labs – End User License, Software and Support Agreement
Notice: This End User Software License and Support Agreement (“SLSA”) is a legacy agreement and applies only to customers whose orders expressly reference the SLSA.
Cycle Labs has adopted a Master Services Agreement (“MSA”) for new and updated customer agreements. Customers should refer to their applicable Order Form or agreement to determine which terms govern their use of Cycle Labs’ software and services.
